Regrettably, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Once your package has been dispatched via a shipping carrier (such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx), Lollie’s Land is no longer responsible for the package unless the product you receive is faulty.
We kindly ask that you inspect your package within 48 hours of delivery to ensure all items are accounted for and in good condition.
What if My Order Arrives Defective?
If you receive a defective product (excluding physical damage caused during shipping), please follow these steps:
- Take a photo or video of the defect.

- In your message, please include:
- A description of the defect
- Visual evidence (photo or video)
- Your order number and name
If you don’t hear back within 4-5 business days, feel free to send us a direct message on Instagram for follow-up.
What if an Item is Missing from My Order?
In the event that an item is missing from your order, please:
- Take a picture of all the received items and the packaging.
- Notify us within 48 hours via email or Instagram direct message.
- Include:
- A picture of the packaging and items
- Your order number and name
